岗位职责:

JOB Mission :
Mainly focusing on Brand marketing for Espoir to enter into Chinese Online market and to boost up local online sales,
new employee needs to try various new methods including brand live streaming.

Main Task
1. Contents management
- Brand image management on various platforms in China
· Communication with HQ Espoir marketing teams
· Brand image localization, reflecting Chinese online market environments and traits
· Communication with agencies on uploading or updating images on platforms (微信， 小红书，抖音， 微博)
- Articles related with Espoir brands (BBS, 百度, etc)
· Communication with HQ, related teams in APC (legal, CPR) or agencies for articles
· Manage agencies

2. Marketing support ( Product management )
- Product image exposing, naming, nicknaming for China local market
- Product demand planning, product controlling (库存管理), etc

3. On line Sales support
- Agency management support, communication support
- Sales performance management support, live (直播, 视频，图文）streaming support

任职资格:

1. Experience on make-up brand marketing
2. Fluent Korean skill
3. 3~4 years Working experience
4. bachelor degree and above
