Primary Purpose:
Coach Greater China Customer Relationship Manager Department is a core competency that is instrumental in driving the Coach CRM strategy and developing customer recruitment & retention campaigns across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. This role will be a key member of the CRM team, reporting directly to the Greater China Senior Director of CRM & Retail Marketing.
This person will work closely with the GC CRM & Retail Marketing Senior Director to develop and execute CRM strategy for GC. Compile and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify customer recruitment & retention opportunities. Translate GC customer reports into strategic insights to share with top management and global team as well as cross function partners. Develop Coach CRM strategy and translate the strategy into execution plans. Ensure CRM strategy in line with Coach overall company strategy.
Strategic management:
· Develop CRM strategy and translate it into execution plans.
· Initiate, develop, communicate and monitor the execution and evaluation of CRM programs, in line with the brand positioning as well as to reach the desired performance level.
· Integrate the knowledge and expertise of customer insight in practicable CRM programs and activities in order to recruit, retain and reactivate consumers.
· Interpret and translate the company’s specified policy into a tactical CRM applications to support local needs.
· Creating in-depth consumer experience and knowledge by delivering feedback on how policies and programs impact locally.
CRM Management:
· Liaison with Retail Director to agree business priorities and targets of recruitments by Region, City and by Channel
· Drive the development of the different CRM Programs to support recruit & retention by store/city/region, in particular through data, information and insights
· Evaluate the application of marketing toolkits and strictly monitor the correct execution of CRM activities in the field, provide instructions on improvements to the field team, based on CRM tracking data
· Provide a high quality, user friendly CRM database and customer insight to the rest of the organization which is up-to-date and reliable.
· Select and evaluate third-party vendors to deliver a high quality, efficient and cost effective solution on a project-by-project basis in line with Coach Guidelines.
· Act as the CRM expert and information source in the organization
· Generate monthly reports and reviews for management & cross functional team about the CRM developments.
Consumer Insights and Competitive Study:
· Collect competitive intelligence, consumer insights, overall market/economic trend and perform in-depth analysis on the implications of these insights, then prepare regular GC customer deep dive report accordingly
· Proactively monitor best practice of competitor and the industry as well as breakthrough digital-enabled new retail trends; Understand the application of these trends on Coach CRM strategy
· Build a center of excellence around 3rd party partners and vendors. Develop in-depth knowledge about the capabilities of these vendors and a sustainable plan to engage these vendors
Financial and efficiency management:
· Management and achievement of key KPIs- recruitment, retention, reactivation
· Manage efficiently and effectively the budgeted fixed costs on CRM
· Analyse and explain deviations and take corrective actions.
The accomplished individual will possess...
· At least five years of client-facing experience in retail industry or at a top tier Management Consulting Firm or Research Firm, ideally with Retail or Marketing specialization
· Proven strategic vision, the ability to see the big picture and think strategically.
· Problem solving skills: identify problems, decompose problems and structure solutions to solve problems
· Strong analytical skills: understand and summarize business implications of numbers, industry reports and customer insights
· Have knowledge on Business Intelligence, Database Modeling, Data Mining, Statistics area
· Strong PPT and Excel skill is a must for business reporting
· Native fluency in both English and Mandarin
· Strong interest on China luxury market trends, industry landscape and consumers
· Pragmatic and result-oriented in nature
