岗位职责:

Job content:
1. Support Operation Director in administrative work, such as meeting agenda, travel scheduling, and MER, TA, housing rental, visa, work permit etc.
2. Reception of VIP visit on logistics and agenda side;
3. Support operation director in assignment/work tracking, presentation preparation.
4. Work with ACE and HR team on employee communication as needed.
5. Taking notes and meeting minute for plant meeting.
6. Keep smooth and effective communication among all departments.
7. Planning, organizing and managing events
8. Other assigned work.

任职资格:

Requirement:
1. Very good English communication capability in both spoken and written English;
2. Great teamwork and willing to reach out to help others;
3. Persistent, willing to take challenges.
4. Good communicator
5. Self motivated and efficient
6. Bachelor degree and above.
7. 5 years or above relevant working experiences
8. IT knowledge (power point, word, e-mail, )
