Primary Objective

GBMAX is looking for a Retail Planner is responsible for planning the sales target coherently with the potential of each shop and other relevant benchmarks such as consumer behavior, traffic, competitors, market trend, and so on.

He/she is also responsible for the planning of the commercial KPIs by shop in accordance to the each shop potential and in coordination with Retail Operation indications.

The forecasts provided shall have the goal of meeting or exceeding sales, margin and inventory targets. Accountable for forecasting and consolidating sales planning for responsible shops

Job Responsibility

Pre-season

- Plan sales target per store/month/week in accordance with the latest store situation and potential.

- Plan seasonal sales target per store/month/week based on monthly sales target

- Plan retail KPI per store/month/week cooperated with operation department according to the indications they provided and the retail projects defined in HQ.

In-Season

- Monitor the achievement of the sales target

- Visit the shops to observe their performance and the consistency between assigned targets and action/workforce plan used in store.

- Monitor other figures, like inventory, traffic, in order to help shops to achieve the target.

- Closely work and share the observation with related department, give suggestions if necessary.

- Amend the sales target when situation changed.

Qualifications

- Strong data processing analytical skills, ability to analyze and utilize financial measurements.

- Buying planning or assortment planning experience in fashion area preferred.

- Consumer and environment insight.

- Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with the cross functional partners.

- Ability to learn new technical applications and tools quickly.

- Advanced knowledge of MS office applications.

- University Degree or equivalent experience.

- Good spoken and written English, ability to create English reports. Overseas study background is preferred.
