- Planning, preparing and implementing the master data program instructions, standards,
- solutions and services etc. in line with Group strategy, targets and requirements.
- Cooperating and supporting the master data domains when they implement domain
- specific deliverables.
- Maintaining overview of master data status and catch-up plan for master data gaps, following up the action plan and establishing local master data community, sharing information about cross-functional topics and changes in common processes and systems, keeping master data community and stakeholders informed about all master data changes & rules (especially systems related) through country communication channels, focusing on product and material master data, engaging with local business units and Global business units for building up and facilitating communication channels, helping them for determining local business unit master data responsible persons, ensuring full coverage of master data responsible in local business units.
- Acting as a project manager in cross-domain master data projects that support, global master data strategy, reviewing changes and giving input to local systems from master data perspective, align with the Group master data architect.
- Working under organization of Data & Analytics for supporting implementation and operation of data analytics in perspectives of master data, showing proactive attitude on master data.
- Coordinating among master data managers from other countries in this region, ensuring coherent master data standard and design across countries.

- Must have completed higher education in IT, engineering, economics or business administration.
- Master data knowledge particularly product and material, experience on operations and development projects, project management, good communication and coordination skills as well as leadership and stakeholder management ability.
- SAP ERP, Master Data Management systems, data & analytics, Front-End tools, BI solutions, experience from complex business environments with several stakeholders and virtual teams, capable of building cross functional relationships and teams, knowledge and expertise on data analytics like BI, big data, advance analytics etc. is a big plus.
- Cross functional business understanding, project management and implementation experience required, must be having pro-active approach to drive and deliver concepts and improvements, ability to work with virtual teams, high analytical skills, must be fluent in English language and should maintain good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic knowledge in system integrations and information management and should have skills like high drive for results, being pro-active management and suggestions for new initiatives.
- Used to work with a high-quality data from several business domains and with
- related documents and systems and skills as a business transformation program manager.
