1. Manage accounts within the territory as the 2nd line of contact to customers.

A. Keep very frequent communications with customers to cover all customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to close and response to the customers.

B. Pricing - timely quotation to the customers on new product inquires.

C. Manage and communicate with customers on business plans, forecast / orders to ensure on time processing & delivery.

D. Manage customer account receivables and payment risk control.

E. Coordinate internally and externally on new product spec and sample process to ensure new SKU implementation.

F. Coordinate and respond to customers for any questions that customers may raise, eg, quality complaints, new leads, audit, delivery, payment

G. Account Planning with Primary touch points.

2. Support Regional Business / Customers Development.

A. Market & Customer pricing analysis.

B. Program - Support regional business development manager on the new program requested included but not limited to, marketing materials, new product / SKU development, new product portfolio, new business opportunities.

C. Customers and agents development.

D. Marketing analysis and activities.

E. Establish customer work standard, customer process flow chart.

F. Organize customer activities with internal teams to ensure products run well to meet customer expectations.

G. Assist to countersign the contract.

H. Assist to provide the chemical documents.

任职资格：

1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in business management, be good at both oral & writing in English.

2. 5 years experience in sales or marketing or business division with a big organization.

3. Overseas work experience is preferred.

4. Very good business sense, a capability from business opportunities to customer contract / deal closing with mutual agreements. Be able to close deals.

5. Excellent English in both writing and speaking, be able to write business letters. 2nd or 3rd language is a plus.

6. Good business and finance knowledge, including price and payment terms, quick on numbers.

7. Basic trading knowledge of incoterms and export shipment knowledge.
