 Main responsibility 

 

1. Craft brand proposition and product story.
2. Be responsible for brand related budget input, control and execution.
3. Support line-manager to build full year marketing plan and budget allocation.
4. Communication development, including KV adaptation, TVC adaptation, leaflet, brochures, EC page, official website.
5. Independently lead marketing campaign including planning, key assets development, media strategy and execution.
6. Lead new users recruitment program, find right target and recruit new users in an efficient way
7. Manage agency relationships including motivating agencies to continually deliver against objectives.
8. Lead emerging platform pilot project (小红书、抖音、妈妈群)
9. Develop product knowledge training documents
10. As brand owner, communicate with cross-functional teams efficiently and effectively in a result-driven way.
11. Develop talent.
12. Dig out issue and opportunity through business analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in (Product) Marketing

• At least  7 years of experience in a product marketing position

• Good knowledge of the products and its customer

• Experienced in working with and activating third parties and getting the best out of these relationships.

• Interests in and knowledge of the target group and broader baby industry.

• Fluent in English (written / oral)
