Job Description

-  To lead inside sales team to provide professional and superior sales support service to clients, commitment to customer satisfaction and the success of the sales;

-  To set and evaluate services performance of inside sales team against KPI;

-  To give training to inside sales team;

-  To do administrative work for group's internal and external sales and documents preparation including enquiry, quotation, order and contract filling;

-  To prepare documents for shipment, such as packing lists, invoices, etc. and coordinate with company's production department and warehouse for quick information obtaining;

-  To help with quotation and bidding documents' preparation for projects;

-  To monitor payment tracking;

-  To record customers' complaints, commuicate with customers, sales and production unit;

-  To support necessary service for customers;

-  Other administrative work as necessary.

Skills and qualification

-   Bachelor's degree;

-   5+ years' experience in customer service;

-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

-   Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office;

-   Experience in leading and development of a team is an asset;

-   Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively.

-   Willingness to support/drive change and take initiative;

-   Strong personal commitment and drive to achieve results
