Main Responsibilities:
1.Business Planning & Steering
? Develop operational & strategic business plans / forecasts in close coordination with relevant departments
? Prepare for monthly business/financial review with solid business insight
? Work closely with cross function and lead annual budgeting process
? Continuously support on sales & marketing activities as business partner.
2.Analyses & Reporting
? Support on decision-making by establishing standard reporting or business case
? Standardize data infrastructure allow management to understand business performance in same dimensions (e.g. P&L by channel / region, ROI analysis, etc)
? Support on channel pricing project and establish related PVM by channel analysis
? Prepare presentation for group-wide committees & senior management level and provide convincing commentaries or recommendation to support business development.
3. Team Management
? Organize the preparation of the department’s annual and monthly work plans, supervise and guide the team to implement such plans, and guarantee the completion of objectives
? Controlling team people management, professional knowledge and capability improvement, organize and implement related trainings.
? Work closely and maintain good communication with Global controlling team.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or accounting, or equivalent business experience
8 years + work experience in Controlling area (including sales controlling) within international company and 3 years + team management experience
2.Strong abilities of communication, leadership and peoplement management, analytical skill and risk prevention
3.Quick learner, good pressure management skill and willing to take chanllenges
4.Fluent oral and written English skills
5.Excellent skills in MS office especially Excel
6.Experience in handling ERP and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
7.Open, agility, energetic, professional

Preferable
1.Work experience in FMCG or E-Commerce company
2.SAP knowledge and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
3.Information Technology understanding
