职位描述
Responsibility and scope:
- Take in charge customer CATP programs and align other customer educational programs between MIC and product/procedure team. Lead the operation and planning for MIC related education program.
- Develop and build infrastructure of MIC related education program, design and run programs, and with global vision.
- Connecting and coordinating with MIC to ensure BU’s education program & events smoothly proceed with high quality.
- Planning for customer education programs which take place in SH and CD MIC platform. Including and covering market penetration hospital level’s procedures.
- Collaborate and closely work with product/procedure marketing team on VOC for new products, especially for those new products clinical testing use in MIC. Enhance the process of NPI.
Requirement:
· Surgical related professional education & sales background is preferred and get plus.
· At least 5 years experience in medical consumable field.
· If have sales or marketing experience in stapling and suture that is preferred and get plus
· Good communication skills, Mature, independent and self-motivated personality
· At least Medical Bachelor’s Degree required
· Language: English above 4 grades
· Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially excel, word and PPT.
