Policy and SOPs: 

to frequently propose any revisions or improvement of compliance SOPs.

CSO Compliance Management;

1. responsible for the yearly due diligence of CSO; 

2. to develop compliance training materials for CSO;

3. to spot check the events to be organized by CSO;

4. to perform special audit of CSO.

Compiance Investigation: 

1. to deveop a process of compliance investigation;

2. to work with finance department to perform the investigation of problematic reimbursements;

3. to perform other compliance investigations of misconducts which are either acitvely idenfitified by the company or reported by third party;

4. responsible for periodically compliance checking.

Compliance management of intereration with associations:

1. to perform periodical checking of events organized by associations;

2. to conduct special audit if needed.

任职要求：

Bachelor Degree or above;
Fluent English skills (written and oral);
3-5 years for Compliance or Internal audit experience, preferably in healthcare related industry
Good presentation and communication skills in delivering training and consultation to staffs, business units, and the Management
Maturity to tackle and manage conflicts while always sticking to the Principles
Having the ability and willingness to perform both ad-hoc tasks as well as routine compliance duties
