I. Key Responsibilities and Duties

主要工作职责

1、Implement OMA organization for the cluster of China based production OEM and drive the implementation in the other clusters (alignment on best practices);

2、Represents the Supply chain in the Classification ABC driven by Quality OMA Manager;

3、Represent the Supply Chain in the Business review meetings and manages improvements during those meetings;

4、Manage suppliers capacity – ensure the plan corresponds to the business needs – and define/ implement any corrective action plan;

5、Manage the OMA supply chain team : New Launch Management/Production Plan/ Short term planning;

6、Manage agility and performance improvement projects – to improve the agility of the supplier in order to match the business expectation;

7、Oversee monthly plan execution;

8、Act as supply chain leader during new supplier audit/due diligence;

9、Define and implement OMA Budget;

10、Accountable of OMA S05 and develop with the Technical Director the adequate action plan;

11、Implement and audit SC best practices.

Ⅱ. Job Requirements

必备专业技术能力

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics Management is preferred;

2. At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing supply chain management, experience with production and material planning is good plus;

3. Familiar with complete purchasing process management and supplier management;

 4. Good knowledge and experience with SAP system;

 5. Ability to combine and analyze data files from multiple sources (supplier, SAP etc.) and match, manipulate to provide improved visibility; understand and find actionable root cause;

 6. Advanced levels of Excel, strong user of such programs as Outlook and other office based programs;

 7. Excellent negotiation ability both in English and Chinese.
