Job Description
- For our Healthcare Sector in Chengdu, we are looking for a Regional Clinical Manager at the earliest opportunity. 西门子医疗业务领域诚聘英才，职位名称：区域产品经理，工作地点：成都。
What are my responsibilities?
- Lead the regional Clinical team to execute the strategies in assigned region(s), focusing on clinical seminars,
regional reimbursement project support etc, to improve per box contribution and support sustainable business
growth.
- Lead and support the regional clinical team to finish the seminar job and reimbursement projects assign
provide timely report to management team for result update esp. the reagent revenue trend from the clinical
promotion activities - Work with regional sales team and distributors, to organize clinical seminars in the assigned territories
- Support and follow up the regional reimbursement projects in a systematic ways - Fully understand of local markets. Provide timely feedback to central team to improve the market
transparency.
- Develop and maintain regional opinion leaders
- Other projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- University degree, preferred in Clinical Medicine, adequate job experience and knowledge of sales and competition in the market, working experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- The ability to use different communication methods both remotely and face to face
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal and good teamwork
- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications in particular expert knowledge of Excel
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
- Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company
- A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
- At least 3 years in pharmaceutical companies or as clinical specialists in IVD companies, familiar with Clinical industry.
- Good planning and organization skills
- Negotiation skills
