Responsibilities:

1. Develop external industry and academic network with technology departments of traditional auto OEMs and new players, and key universities and research institutes, to anticipate and explore innovation opportunities.

2. Independently develop coating working platforms of advanced coating based on the new technology trends, customer values and legal compliance.

3. Develop work plan and carry out R&D work independently based on the agreed project target. 

4. Document and information collecting as the input of project running and technology report and summary drafting based on the review and project management requests

5. Working closely with different functional team or departments like resin team, measurement team, IP department, PT department to ensure that new products/technology developed can be timely registered and delivered.

Requirements:

1. Master/Ph. D degree in chemistry, engineering or materials science. 

2. Material Science, Polymer or Chemistry background.

3. Understanding and knowledge of value chain, competitive landscape, product and market trend in automotive.

4. Project management skills or practices

5. Experimental skills and capability.

6. Good communication with varied teams or functions.

7. Entrepreneur spirit is preferred.
