JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

 

  

 
1. Receive Audit schedule from audit team, Review the schedule and provide some comments if any.

2. Prepare for Audit              

3. Independently conduct audit and report the observation during audit

4. Use the latest controlled document template to write the audit report, and submit the audit reports on time.

5. CAPA Follow up, include 3rd party CAPA, include con-call with buyer.

6. Evidence review when necessary

7. 3rd party CAPA follow up

8. By monthly check the Laws, regulations and standards database, maintain in the share folder and update the Laws, regulations and standards list. 

9. Customer requirements update

                      

  

 

  QUALIFICATIONS  

 

  

1. BS degree on Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, Materials and etc.
2. Good knowledge of SA8000 standard, at least 2 years of working experience on SA audit, having an internal/external auditor certificate on SA8000 is preferred;
3. Computer skills, such as Microsoft Office, Minitab.       
4. Be able to travel frequently in and other countries.
