职位描述
1、 工作要求Job Requirements 1. 五年及以上汽车行业质量背景, 熟悉OEM客户要求及管理体系 Background of quality in auto industry, familiar with GM/Ford/VW customers specific requirements 2. 优秀的逻辑分析和系统问题解决能力,熟练运用质量工具带领团队解决问题; Excellent logical analysis and systematic problem resolving capability, lead cross function team to solve quality problems occurred in field market and 0km. 3. 熟练运用各种质量和统计工具(FMEA, SPC, DOE, MSA, 5 WHY, FISHBONE, MINITAB, etc); Skilled on quality and statistic tools (FMEA, SPC, DOE, MSA, 5 WHY, FISHBONE, MINITAB, etc) ; 4. 有强烈的责任感,并和客户保持良好互信合作的关系 Be strong accountability and keep good and trustable relationship with customer 5. 优秀的快速响应能力、较强的沟通和领导能力; Excellent quick response capacity and strong communication and leadership ability as must request 2. 工作职责及内容 Responsibilities 岗位职责 Job Responsibility 1. 负责伟速达售服人员的日常管理 Be responsible for customer quality team and service team daily management in VCN China 2. 跨部门团队完成年度内有关客户质量KPI和PD Complete KPI and PD which related with customer side cross function team together 3. 监督并协调伟速达中国各工厂零公里和售后质量问题的分析与解决; Monitor and coordinate 0km and warranty quality issue analysis and solving in VCN China 4. 每日/月度监控零公里及售后质量表现,跟踪团队完成改进 Monitor 0km and warranty quality performance and follow up team to finish improvement actions in Daily/Monthly base 5. 用质量工具组织团队对售后质量问题进行分析及改进 Organize team to conduct analysis and improvement with variety quality tools or approach 6. 协调和配合伟速达联盟海外公司,支持全球项目和质量活动; Coordination and cooperation with overseas partners to support the global project and quality activities; 7. 支持海外团队其他部门的工作; Support global and other department. 8. 支持客户审核和拜访客户调查质量状况,定期维护客户关系,提高客户满意度。 Support customer audit and visit customers survey quality, regular maintenance of customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction. 9. 从客户处收集产品质量信息以及客户每月质量成绩单汇总。 To collect product quality information from the customer and the customer monthly quality reports summary. 10. 参与团队内部PFMEA/CP 定期评审,反馈客户端要求。善于组织协调,较强的推动工作改进能力。 Participate internal PFEMA/CP/WI document regular review, feedback the OEM customer requirements. Good organization and coordination, strong ability of promoting work improvement. 11. 完成上级交办的其它工作. Complete other assignments given by quality director.
