1、Receiving customer demand forecast and uploading it into SAP system, follow up and comparing the  Discrepancy with other version.  

    

接收客户需求预测量，导入SAP系统，跟踪并比较各版本需求差异；

    

    

2、Customer demand management, follow actual sales and forecast of the terminal market to guarantee the accuracy of the customer forecast to a certain extent. Keeping in touch with customer Logistic people for getting the latest information.

    

    

客户需求管理，跟踪终端市场实际需求及预测，确保客户预测在一定范围内的准确性。与客户物流部门保持沟通，及时获得最新信息。

    

    

    

3、Receiving the PO from customer and transferring to internal relevant personnel, make sure the delivery timely.  

    

接收PO并传达至公司内部相关人员，保证准时交货

    

    

4、Follow up the cargo in transit, make sure delivery timely；

    

跟踪在途货物，保证准时交货     

    

    

5、Follow up delivery issues, alarm in advance.

    

跟踪供货异常问题，及时预警。

    

    

6、Updating safety stock of finished goods Termly, tracing the stock building.

    

定期更新成品的安全库存，跟踪库存建立，确保安全库存量

    

    

7、Feeding back customer investigation in time, such as, capacity, natural calamities impact and so on.

    

      及时完成客户对公司的相关调查，如产能、自然灾害影响等

    

    

8、Customer relationship management.

    

 客户关系管理及维护；

    

    

9、Controlling the consignment inventory under reasonable level.

    

控制寄售库存在合理范围

    

    

10、Checking the invoice data, make sure monthly invoice  timely.

    

开票数据核对，保证月度开票及时完成

11、Communicating consignment physical count.

组织完成寄售仓库的盘点工作

12、Finishing monthly assessment of third logistics company and consignment warehouse .

物流公司及第三方仓储的月度考核.

1.     College degree or above

    

大专以上学历

    

2.     More than three years experience

    

3年以上相关工作经验

    

3.     Strong communication skill, team sense and customer sense

    

很强的沟通能力，有团队意识和客户至上的服务意识

    

4.   Familiar with  ERP system

    

熟悉ERP系统

    

5.  Oral and written English ability
