Responsibilities:

1. HR System Operations & Control

- Handle data maintenance

- Keep close monitoring of completion and run out Sharp Audit report to check the data quality

- Handle all Expa Action with communicate with other entities’ Super users

- Prepare Data Mass upload and Configuration Creation Application Form

- Handle Sharp Account Application Issue

2. Prepare regular / ad hoc HR management reports to serve the request of internal / external customers

3. HR System Training

- Act as a HR system trainer, dedicated to provide training to junior / new HR staff;

- Teach / assist HR users to generate the Sharp Queries smoothly;

- Provide technical support to various users for any queries on HR systems;

- Participate and assist in various projects, such as system enhancement & launch of new HR systems.

Requirements:

1. Bahelor Degree or above;

2. 1-3 years working experiences in HR, at least 1 year in HR system;

3. Integrity, detail-oriented, passion for result, teamwork;

4. Fluent in oral and written English;

5. Good at MS Office and HR System such as SAP;

6. Work under pressure.
