Major Responsibilities:

1. Actively carry out daily bench work and fulfill operational research activities.

2. Effectively select proper method to do the data analysis, summarize the test results and report to the team.

3. Understand skin knowledge and consumer needs and contribute to the methodology and new assays development.

4. Ensure resources and equipments are kept in good working conditions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Life Sciences, Medicine or Biochemistry.

2. Lab experience in cell based assays, biochemistry and molecular biology assays is highly preferred;

3. Understand basic statistical analysis method;

4. Fluent in English;

5. Quick learner, independent and innovative thinking, strong responsibility, self-motivated and cooperative;

6. Be interested in cosmetics research and development and willing to grow with the company.
