工作职责
负责重点项目的投标工作，包括:
项目前期，根据客户要求进行流量分析并提供相关报告；
重点项目前期，负责提供技术支持，资格预审文件制作等；
协同分公司及相关地区重点项目团队，根据客户需求提供适当的技术解决方案；
投标工作－确保递交高质量的投标文件以满足标书要求，为分公司提供及时的技术支持，如产品配置、流量分析和图纸尺寸等；
根据要求参与客户议标；
负责合同评审相关文件；
其它由主管指定的工作职责；


职位要求

教育背景：
大专及以上学历，机械或电气专业优先：
包括中英文良好的沟通能力; 计算机操作能力; 有一定的财务理解能力, 良好的管理及沟通能力。.
经验:
两年或以上工程技术经验，有电梯从业经验优先
其它：
独立工作能力，有效的整合能力,根据需要能在一定压力下工作，良好的团队合作。 Major Area of Responsibilities:
1. Manage, and control in major projects pre-tendering and tendering activities, includes:
l Make traffic calculation and related report according to customer request in pre-tendering stage;
l Be responsible for providing support on technical verification, qualification documents collection and offer etc. to the projects identified as Major Project in pre-tendering stage;
l Participate, together with branch, to study and interpret the customer tender request and select the proper technical solutions, together with available expertise locally as well in other MP units, to meet the customer requirements;
l Participate in the Tender preparation - make sure all the requirements are met in time to be able to send out high quality Tender package. Provide timely technical support to the branch, such as product configuration, parameters traffic analysis and layout dimensions
l Participate tender negotiation meeting with customer by request;
l Organize contract approval related documents and get contract approved.

Requirements:
Education Background:
College or above, majored in mechanical or electrical engineering
Skill, Proficiency:
Good communication skill both in Mandarin and English (spoken and written); sound PC skills; understanding of cost accounting principles, Good supervision and communication skills.
Experience:
Min. 2 or more years engineering experience preferably in elevator business or mechanical industry


Others:
Proactive & task driven, capable of working independently, high degree of integrity.
Can work under pressure and overtime when necessary. Good team player.
