Key Responsibilities：

1. Focus on customer insights collection and analysis to drive customer centric growth strategies and actions  (Including & manage the leads/ membership retention/ loyalty program/ maximize the value outcome of member, etc)

2. Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for CRM action/campaign design

3. CRM project management, including planning, execution, measurement, reporting and roll-out activities

4. To analyze and report on the performance of CRM actions/campaigns to assess success and directly in influence future development

5. Work closely with various internal and external partners to ensure projects are executed with high quality

6. Supervise and manage related agencies on project planning and deployment

Requirements：

1. 5+ years solid experience in Customer Relationship Management

2. With Mother & Baby industry /  E-commerce experience preferred as a plus

3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with solid analytical and numerical skills

4. Strong customer focus mindset

5. Fluent in Mandarin and English
