· Work with DC Critical Facility Manager to coordinate and arrange preventative maintenance of mechanical and electrical facilities.

· Monitoring while the maintenance is performed to ensure that method statements and scope of work are adhered to.

· Review and understand all procedures: Method of Procedures (“MOPS”), EOPs, SOPs.

· Carry out any other property management duties as assigned as necessary.

· Respond to emergency calls and work with critical facility manager to arrange ad-hoc or emergency repairs.

· Carry out the administration work for the data center management software platform.

· Maintain and keep update the information of the facility which managed by data center management platform

· Coordinate general maintenance requests, repairs and site inspections.

· Subcontractor management and supervision.

· Assist in coordination and supervision of weekend and after hour’s maintenance and repair works.

· Review and join safe and professional training plan.

· Prepare and submit regular technical and client reports

· Continuous optimization and improvement of data center critical infrastructure. Improve PUE and achieve green operation of data center

· Ensure health and safety policy and procedures are effectively implemented and regularly reviewed

· Ensure data center is compliant with regulations and standards. Assist internal and external audit

· Manage other tasks as might be assigned by management

· Skilled in English reading and writing.
