- Responsible for increasing ABB DCS/PLC/ESD/MES market share and market awareness in each industry.
- Channel partner development and key account customer development.
- Win projects and meet annual sales target.
- Industry key customer development and design institute/Engineering Co. development.
- Local region channel partner development and keep good business relationship.
- Winning projects and meet annual sales target.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Must have college degree or above major in Industry Automation Control or relevant account management (includes account plan and strategy).
- Up to 3 years industry sales experience, experience in automation and instrumentation.
- Fluent oral English is preferred.
- Industry market knowledge & business experience, automation or Instrumentation knowledge.
- Market and competitor of DCS/PLC/ESD/MES analysis skill and experience with industrial automation system and product is must.
- Automation and instrumentation experience in DCS/PLC is preferred and experience with foreign company is preferred.
- Self-determination-Initiative-Communication skills-Network built on trust-Team player-Result and quality orientation-Customer focus.
