Job Description:

1. Be aware of current sales before designing, knowing about business (follow weekly TOP 30)
2. Get inspiration through trips in Asia (Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong)
3. Develop trend stories and check WGSN/Pinterest/Taobao/all relevant blogs on daily basis; check competitors' analysis on monthly basis
4. Responsible for high design and quality level of brand collections
5. Ensure clear communication with suppliers through PLM, detailed design sheets, and well-built BOM's
6. Ensure perfect samples for review meetings with clear and detailed commenting
7. Analyze sales figures/orders and being ahead of trend and consumer needs for brand
8. Update the fabric quality, fitting and product according to the trend and market demands constantly
9. Source latest offers/trimmings/fabrics/treatments from suppliers in China

Requirements:

1. Bachelor/Fashion Design

2. 2-5 years design experience for similar retail driven fast

  fashion company

3. Extensive knowledge of various product groups

4. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

5. User knowledge of Microsoft Office and Powerpoint

6. Innovative, positive, dynamic, orgnized, fast learning and  

   commercially-minded

7. Positive attitude

8. Strong sense of fast moving trends

9. Most importantly passionate about Asian fashion

10. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
