1. Develop samples with a deep understanding of designers’ ideas, and ensure development picked for collections ratio.
2. Sensitive to fashion trends. Good grasp of fabric knowledge and production technology.
3. Obtain and follow-up orders, and supervise the implementation of contract.
4. Effective communication and cooperation with suppliers. Make sure all the production details are aligned with our requirements, such as pattern, color, fabric, price, etc.
5. Ensure on time delivery, and achieve company standards with 1^st time quality check pass rate.
6. Manage current suppliers’ quality, including evaluation the supplier’s quality, and random checks on production line and technology.
7. Cost control. Use the most cost effective way to achieve good quality, ensuring the gross profit margin.
8. Pay strong attention to sales growth and sales achievement, analyze sales report, and make out timely reaction.
9. Ensure that in-season repeats achieve company standards regarding to repeat rate, sell through rate, and lead-time.
10. Continuously improving one’s hard skills and soft skills.
11. Other related work.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in textile, fashion design and technology, international business, or English.
2. More than 5 years of related experience. Familiar with garment quality control standards.
3. Good English and computer skills
4. Good communicating skills, capable of managing and negotiating with suppliers
5. Strong fashion sense and ability to work independently
6. A team player with positive and responsible attitude.
