Job Description:              

1. Help Platform Governance Supervisor collecting and analysis online and offline anti-counterfeit data to further form strategy;
2. Assisting with evidence gathering/compilation to support online and offline compliance actions;
3. Daily online complains on Taobao and PDD, reply mail or telephone call from infringer based on Taobao's request;
4. Assist effectively anti-counterfeiting investigations, enforcement actions and litigation;
5. Liaise with outside investigator and counsels on action planning and assist local authority to issue verification letter and attend raid action;
6. Oversight and responsibility for collation and analysis of intelligence;
7. Represent BSFG to contact Taobao, PinDuoDuo, independent website to deal special cases;
8. Work with part-time staff to collecting and mapping out the unauthorized shops resources, so as to transfer the target to Supply-chain team or Inventory Team.

Professional profile: 

1. Bachelor's degree or above with general knowledge of criminal, civil and intellectual property knowledge;
2. Working language English and Chinese, general technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and components;
3. Better have one year related work experience, if not, better be a smart person easy to trained;
4. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow applicable Privacy Laws, policies and guidelines;
5. Excellent written communication and report writing skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point;
6. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to build working relationship with internal and external partner.
