About this job

· To characterize product (new crop veriaties, new cp product, new technologies) by ensuring scientific data under the local environment

· To make every trial count and optimize the development operation

Accountabilities

· To conduct field trial following protocol

· To work out-station independently with high quality data

· To input field trial data in timely.

· To evaluate and report field trial result and manage field trial

· To bring new innovation to market within planned timeframes

Critical knowledge

· Good knowledge of Agronomy and Plant Protection

· Good knowledge of field trial implemention

· Knowledge of local farming practice

Critical experience

· BSc/MSc in Agriculture

· 2-3 year experience in the field or farming industry
