Accountabilities
To
continuously improve service quality and optimize operating module for
nation-wide core project, as well as set up SOP in due course
To
ensure project operation and service excellence through coordinate well with
all relevant operating units
To
enlarge business scope with existing project clients through develop customer
demanding on logistics service and provide the related solution, price offering
as well
To
monitor and analyze project KPI in order to assist local OPS and CSV for
service improvement and achievement of customer's satisfaction
To
provide guidance and support to sub-regions on focused product / system
knowledge and usage.
Requirements
University
degree or above, preferably in logistics/transportation fields
4
years working experience in logistics field, and at least 1 year supervisor
experience
Familiar
with project management, logistics operation and system, and quality management
(ISO experience is a plus)
Self-motivated,
leading, optimistic personality and capable to work in team
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent
presentation skills
CET-4,
good command of both oral and written English
Good
knowledge in Microsoft applications
