职位描述

Key Responsibilities

1、System running state daily check. Operation daily support and training.

2、Daily issue note and follow SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards in alignment with the business.

3、Business data organization and analysis

4、Represent your respective function in internal or external events when applicable.

5、Daily/weekly/monthly report.

Key Relationships

1、Internal IT/system team

2、Respective warehouse operation function

3、Control tower, Order planning/controlling, Audit, Finance, Brand Marketing, Retail

任职要求

1. General

Good planning and analytical skills

Strong communication (both written and verbal) and facilitation skills

Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required

2. Business

Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Ability to be self-directed while working under tight deadlines

Basic knowledge of respective business processes and good knowledge of respective IT systems

3. Professional & Technical Skills

Skillful English (both Oral and Written)

Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Viso)

Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL)

4. Four-year College or university degree focus on logistics or IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive work experience act as IT role in WMS system. Automation WMS experience would be preferred.

6. Well known of WMS overview procedures ( both EC & Retail would be preferred)

7. Well known of WMS daily common procedures (such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, etc…) (Clothing industry experience would be preferred)

8. Well known of WMS operation and function (Orders, Waves, etc…)

9. At least expert at one of the popular WMS (such as MA, Retalix, Swisslog Infor, QAD, FULX, etc…)
