1. Responsibility

1.1     Primary Responsibility

1)       Build team goals of Medline China RA team, work for related sources and methods, monitor the progress and keep to the success;

2)       Work on shared Medline quality goals and keep to the success;

3)       Develop, organize and implement clear team development plans with comprehensive consideration of Medline needs and resources;

4)       Develop and organize continuous improvement projects of Medline Asia RA team;

5)       Provide regular assessments, suggestions and guidance for supervisors on personnel and project managements;

6)       Help on projects and problems related to RA team which need cross-functional cooperation and work on mutual solutions when there are conflicts;

7)       Support and make guidance on challenging projects/problems in Medline Asia RA team;

8)       Organize or make trainings for new hires, co-workers and suppliers on regulatory affairs and processes related to Medline Asia RA team.

1.2     Secondary Responsibility

1)       Support on overall Medline quality improvement projects

2)       Backup for related supervisors or manager when necessary;

3)       Others assigned by manager

 

2. Requirements

2.1     Education and skills

1)       Bachelor degree at least, science background is preferred;

2)       Fluent both in written and verbal English, CET 6 or equivalent or above;

3)       Familiar with general office software, especially excel and PPT;

4)       Know about common registration, certification and licensing regulations about medical devices in EU, US and China;

5)       5 years’ work experience in RA field and 3 years in management at least;

6)       Good at managing multiple projects at the same time;

7)       Able to work under pressure;

8)       Good at planning and organizing;

9)       Good self-learning skills
