Synopsis

Do you have extensive knowledge and experience in logistics operations and planning? Do you love to work in education? Apply for this new and exciting position based in the bustling city of Shanghai at EF English First's Worldwide.



The Role

You will work with a young, dynamic team of Global Supply Chain colleagues at our Shanghai headquarter and virtual team members in all markets around the World. Main responsibilities will be database management and maintenance on product, finance and legal level. Furthermore you will assist in administration, documentation, order handling, product and replenishment planning, supply, demand and inventory monitoring, supplier communication, cost record and collection as well as internal / external projects.



You will report to Head of Global Supply Chain & Business Process Management.



Requirements

Relevant degree and training in Administration, Logistics or International Trading
At least 2 years in operational planning or similar field
Fresh graduate in relevant degree would be considered as Junior GSC Planner
Experience in logistics or import / export aspects a big plus
High attention to detail and sensitivity for numbers, good analytical and planning skills
Experience with ERP systems i.e.: SAP, Oracle is a big plus
Excellent in Excel and MS Office software
Good presentation and communication skills
Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
