工作职责：

1. The Senior Scientist is responsible for performing R&D studies to support technical activities for plasma derived products. Additionally, provide support for the successful performance of Process Development. 高级科学家负责进行研发研究，以支持血浆产品的技术活动。此外，为工艺开发的成功性能提供支持

2. The incumbent is responsible for the evaluation of laboratory studies. In addition, the incumbent will provide scientific and experimental support for plasma process development studies at downscale, kilolab scale or pilot plant scale. 负责评估实验室研究，另外在小试中试及放大规模为为血浆工艺开发提供技术及实验支持

3. The incumbent is responsible for the supervision of technicians in the laboratory and for the evaluation of laboratory studies. 负责实验室技术人员的管理和实验室研究的评价

4. The Senior Scientist executes laboratory studies according to site priorities using representative and qualified or validated models at downscale, kilolab scale, or pilot scale as per existing policies. Laboratory studies will be planned, experimental protocols will be created and study plans will be supervised and monitored accordingly. Study results will be reviewed for quality and plausibility. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that work packages are generated in line with current best practices (i.e. DoE, QBD) for scientific, quality, and CMC regulatory filings. 高级科学家根据现场的优先级，根据现有的政策，使用具有代表性的、合格的或经过验证的小试，中试及放大规模模型，进行实验室研究。将规划实验室研究，制定实验方案，并据此监督和监测研究计划。研究结果将被审查的质量和可信性。在职人员负责确保工作包的生成符合当前科学、质量和CMC监管文件的***实践(DoE、QBD)

5. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for assuring the laboratory keeps abreast of new technologies and approaches and strategically employs these in the improvement and optimization of protein purification processes in order to increase safety, compliance, and/or commercial profitability. 此外负责确保实验室与新技术和方法保持同步，并将这些新技术和方法战略性地应用于蛋白质纯化过程的改进和优化，以提高安全性、符合性和/或商业盈利能力

7. Support
activities can also extend out to other CSL Behring global manufacturing sites

任职要求：

1. Academic scientific qualification, e.g. Master of Science in Biochemistry or corresponding area of Chemistry or Biology with 3-5 years of work experience in R&D, e.g. also covered by a doctoral thesis.  A college degree with exceptional industry experience may also be acceptable. 学术科学资格，如生物化学或相关领域的科学硕士，3-5年的研发工作经验，并有博士论文。具有特殊行业经验的大学学位也可以接受

2. Strong scientific background in coagulation, immunology, intensive care medicine, aspects of protein biochemistry, protein purification, CSL Behring’s plasma protein products and manufacturing processes, protein analytics and quality assurance. 具有较强的凝血、免疫学、重症监护医学、蛋白质生物化学、蛋白质纯化、CSL贝林血浆蛋白产品及生产工艺、蛋白质分析和质量保证方面的科学背景
