Purpose of this position
•Manage and/or coordinate multiple processes, procedures, or projects related to BE compliance;
•Conduct other work assigned by Legal Director.

Key areas of responsibilities and main job tasks
1) To manage and/or coordinate multiple processes, procedures, or projects related to BE compliance
•Review and improve the BE compliance structure / system;
•Provide advice on strategy, polices, etc. regarding compliance;
•Organize and coordinate compliance counselling, monitoring, audit and investigation function within the BE compliance organization;
•Develop, improve and maintain the compliance training program / system for the company and ensure the full implementation thereof;
•Conduct or support conducting internal & external investigation; communicate and work with GIA, BECO, etc. as well as external law firms regarding investigation;
•Lead / coordinate related projects/reports in the field of compliance;
•Monitor the local competitive environment to identify business risks and opportunities and take actions on the said risks and opportunities.
2) To conduct other work assigned by Legal Director

Required Education and Certificate (minimum requirements)
•Bachelor of law, Bachelor of Economic or above
•Passed national judicial examination;
•Passed CICPA or equivalent qualification.

Required Professional Experience (minimum requirements)
•More than 8 years working experience as legal professional, auditor or compliance counsel in multinational companies/international law firms / big 4 CPA firms;
•Substantial/solid knowledge of compliance related laws and regulations;
•Substantial/solid experience in the field of compliance & investigation.;
