This position is for Novo Nordisk R&D center.

Responsibilities:
• Design and execute quality control and characterization strategies for recombinant proteins and antibodies
• Develop, validate and implement analytical methods covering a wide array of techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, DLS, DFS, and CE
• Work closely with cross functional team members to provide scientific expertise and insights
• Build external visibility by maintaining good publication record and presenting own work at internal and external meetings

Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in biophysics, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, biochemistry or related fields with minimum 2 years of postdoc training or industrial working experience
• Passion for proteins and in-depth understanding of protein biophysical properties
• Strong background and proficient in protein characterization across a wide range of technologies in HPLC/UPLC, DLS, UV/Vis and DFS
• Hand-on experience in protein purification, biochemical assay development and knowledge in protein structure and function relationships are preferred
• Knowledge and experience in protein pre-formulation and other protein characterization technologies as CE, CD, ITC will be plus
• Proactive and collaborative to work in a dynamic, innovative, and interdependent research environment
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written in English) and presentation skills
