职位描述

1.   Purpose of the Job 工作目的 


The role has a combination of two working streams:

 

PPM (Planning and Performance Management)

To support People VP and work with Business Partner to manage the people cost of APAC, including overhead, VIC and VLC labor cost.

 

1.   People package planning. Including strategy planning (3 Year Plan) and 1 Year Plan.

2.   Organization blue print and headcount management.

3.   People package analysis in monthly tracking and monitoring.

4.   Forecast

5.   Driving initiatives to achieve people package targets

6.   Tracking people KPIs

7.   People projects, including People Transformation.

 

TSC (Target Setting and Cascading)

To drive and run the annual cycle of target setting, cascading, tracking and monitoring, and appraisal process for APAC zone. Ensure right targets are set for right roles.

 

1.   Coordinate Target cascading according to TSC Book and timeline.

2.   Manage monthly TSC T&M to ensure all is running as a routine.

3.   Control Target appraisal during the year.

Conduct audit after appraisal cycle to ensure all individual targets are appraised as per Zone compliance guidelines.

3.Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求



Education 教育 

University graduate 


Experience 经验

1.   5+year experience in FP&A role, in multi-national company, preferred FMCG industry

2.   Finance expertise in analyst is a must, prefer ACCA

OR

1.   5+year experience in People role (Rewards, Organization Design, Organization Development, etc.), in multi-national company, preferred FMCG industry

2.   HR expertise in analyst is a must

 

Technical competencies (Job related) 专业能力 (与工作相关)

1.   Solid analyst skill, especially in finance and people areas

2.   FMCG industry knowledge in both supply & commercial

3.   Organized, accurate and trustiness

4.   Communication skill

Very good English skill
