1, Marketing Academy building to facilitate associate development and talent pipeline building within MKT teams.
2, Fully exploring internal resources, building internal trainer team, and making effective management on it.
3, Managing internal knowledge resources to realize organizational knowledge precipitation.
4, To support company-level digital transfermation.

任职资格:

1、5-8 years working experience, focus on HR\Learning, experience on Marketing function supporting will be prefered.
2、Good at communication and collabration.
