- Responsible for data input in ERP system.
- Preparing shipping document.
- Assisting project manager collect cash in and release cash out
- Assisting the controlling team for financial report
- Cooperating on project financial analysis
- Uploading precal, Sales Order creation, Job Costing report, Shipment and Delivery Management, Billing, Invoicing, Payment collection, Vendor payment, Job Completion reporting, Accounting Support etc.,
- Preparing weekly order reports, GR Forecast report, OCF report, AR ageing and others.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Logistics/International Trade or related. Additional certification related to profession would be a plus；
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of Commercial and Logistics support professional within International project environment with good tracking and reporting skills.
- Must have project execution process and Customer oriented approach
- Should be familiar with SAP, MS Word, Excel.
- Good communication ability and team work ability are expected.
