GENERAL SUMMARY

  

 

  

Provide support within functional group and the Worldwide Sales organization in planning, preparation and execution of Executive Briefing Sessions. Continuously strive to improve the Executive Briefing Program services and customer experience with suggestions for process/service improvement to support the program’s growth.

  

 

  

 

  

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  

 

  

·         Medium to high level knowledge of the Dell EMC portfolio, technical preferred

  

·         Evaluate briefing requests based on sales impact, revenue potential, level of attendees, market

  

segmentation, stage in sales cycle, etc.

  

·         Collaborate with the Sales Teams to establish goals and develop customized agendas to meet the briefing objectives through strong facilitation

  

·         Collaborate, coordinate and secure the respective Subject Matter Experts globally to support Executive Briefing discussions

  

·         Build and maintain relationships with markets teams, product managers, executives and executive

  

admins regarding processes and procedures necessary to execute successful briefings

  

·         Manage end-to-end briefing process from pre-briefing to post-briefing including but not limited to: preparation calls with sales teams and resources, maintenance of Outlook calendar invites, agenda building, session and resource advisement, feedback follow-up and system updates

  

·         Consistently maintaining a dynamic and high paced workload, balancing conflicting priorities while delivering exceptional results

  

·         Stay abreast of new product developments

·         Possesses strong written and interpersonal communication skills in Mandarin & English, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism when interacting with sales teams, customers, executives and subject matter experts

·         Dedication towards a developing knowledge of Dell EMC’s product, solutions and services portfolio

  

·         Diplomatic with professional appearance and manner

  

 

  

 

  

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  

 

  

·         Minimum 3 year of customer service/sales or marketing support experience

  

·         Familiarity/Experience with Salesforce.com beneficial

  

·         Bachelors degree

  

·         Project management experience preferred

  

·         Technical background preferred, basic IT infrastructure knowledge
