职位描述

Responsibilities:

Administrate Data Mastering solution:

- Identify bugs through Key Users / End Users animation and work with IT partner to fix them

- Identify needs for evolution through Key Users / End Users / Data Mastering in ERP teams define Business Specification, manage RFQ with IT partner, and drive development & implementation. Delivery must be done On Time, On Quality & on Budget

-"Sale" evolutions requested to Purchasing Management through the Governance process

- Communicate efficiently on every new change implemented

- Be the single point of contact for bridge Business Process Owner when bridge impacts the solution



Deploy the Data Mastering tools:

- Participate to the Roadmap creation

- Drive deployment in targeted entities

- Manage other central resources on boarded for deployment

- On board local resources needed for both deployment project and after life cycle



Drive Change Management & Communication:

- Publish Monthly dashboard

- Provide training support to Key Users

- Manage crisis communication if any



Budget Management:

- Define annual budget for IT partners (Cap Gemini, IPO, others as Sword...)

- Single point of contact for IPO for all re-invoicing actions (ex: user license charge back,...)




Requirements:

-Graduate level in Engineering or/ and Business Administration

-English level 2,5 mandatory, French would be a plus

-5 years professional experience in IT management and/or Purchasing

-Professional in Excel and Access

-Good training, pedagogical and communication skills

-Leadership and result oriented
