Basic Accountabilities:

1. Submit employee data to HR SSC

2. Maintain C&B related data

3. Internal transfer management

4. Implement the company’s HR policy

5. Involve in employee communication

6. Communicate with related government bureau, eg: social insurance bureau, local tax bureau

7. Part of Administrative work

8. Be in charge of JDE system for HR/administrative expense

9. Other work required by HR leader

Qualification Requirement:

1. Education: College and above;

2. Experience: above 1 years HR experience; G

3. Language: Good in English

4. Computer Skills: Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)

5. Willing to do hands on work

5. Other Key Competencies: good communication skills, smart response, careful

工作内容:

1) 负责员工相关数据提交至人力资源共享中心；.

2) 维护新酬福利相关数据；

3) 员工岗位变动管理；

4) 实施HR相关政策；

5) 提供HR相关问题咨询及员工沟通

6) 与政府职能部门如社保局，地税局及统计局的沟通

7)负责人事/行政类费用的支付（含JDE系统录入）

8)部分行政工作

9)其它人力资源经理交待的工作

资质要求:

· 学历：大学专科及以上；

· 工作经验：1年以上人力资源管理工作经验

· 语言能力：英语良好

· 计算机水平：熟练使用各种办公软件；

· 其它主要能力：良好的沟通能力，快速反应能力，
