Main Responsibilities: 

1  Gift channelexpansion 

 ·  Geographical expansion from Shanghai to other key area 

 ·  Set up national wide distribution network 

 ·  Fully understanding end customers’needs 

 2 Project Management 

 ·  Propose authorization principle 

 ·  Project management 

 3 Gift channel distributor management 

 ·  Review of dealer delivery documents 

 ·  Reconciling the conflicts between dealers 

 ·  Price discussion with gift dealers, including negotiation of oversize order 

 ·  Internal order process coordination 

 4 Achievement of sales traget 

 ·  Responsible for sales target 

 ·  Responsible for P/L    

Qualification:                         

 ·  College Graduate 

 ·  At least 7 years sales experiences in consumer goods or consumer durable industries. 

 ·  Experience with contract negotiations with KAs 

 ·  Experience with distributor management 

 ·  Familiarity with gift market 

 ·  Mature, independent, driven 

 ·  Strong communication skills both written and oral
