职位描述：
1、Responsible for project planning and promotion to drive University-ByteDance collaboration.
2、Integrating company and industry resources to establish a technology-driven university-industry cooperation model.
3、Responsible for relationship maintenance with key strategic universities (including college directors, professors, employment departments, etc.) to enhance ByteDance's employer appeal to outstanding talents.
4、Developing and maintaining all university relations, and establishing and promoting ByteDance's employer brand through organizing various campus activities.
职位要求：
1、Bachelor's degree or above; at least 3 years' experience in university relations, marketing, operation, and business development.
2、Candidates with university relations experience and mature networks across universities are preferred.
3、Strong communication skills and business development capabilities, the ability to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
4、A strong ability to learn and the ability to skilfully use various efficiency tools.
5、Strong curiosity and passion for the Internet industry, and familiarity with cutting-edge products.
6、Self-driven with a down-to-earth work attitude.
