Reporting to?Regional Head of Seller product team, you will be responsible for:
Defining and executing the roadmap of specific cross platform and feature set capabilities by working closely with the Platform Operations and the Product/Tech teams, both at a regional level and local level.
Helping to build a best-in-class seller experience driven by tools and processes around user engagement, empowerment and business growth.
Identifying opportunities and gaps to improve the quality and efficiency of the operational teams work through standardization and automation.
Owning the roll-out and adoption of the new tools and features at regional and local level: defining SOPs, training material, reporting and tracking.
You will be working with a young, driven and energetic team who work cross functionally and across markets to ensure seller tool adoption is met but also that their domain drives business impact, improves quality and solves pain points that are specific to sellers across our markets.
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Masters degree is a plus.
A candidate that has been able to build a story using multiple data sets to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders will be valuable in this role.
An ability to be comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative data to make business decisions.
Consulting background with digital / ecommerce experience would be an advantage, but ideally someone who has been able to set a road map but also has experience on executing to that strategy would be valuable.
Experience in product management with KPI’s based on adoption, business impact and quality would be a bonus.
Strong project management and communication skills. Used to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple functions.
Ideal candidate is fluent in English, strong Microsoft office skills (Excel and PPT), able to deliver under pressure, very entrepreneurial and results driven.
Ability to coordinate downward and upward working streams, time and pressure management.
Better to have crossborder ecommerce experience or logistic related experience
