Main Responsibilities:

Management ·

Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures · Ensure the accuracy of regulatory reporting and the compliance of relevant rules and regulations under the local and IFRS requirements. ·

Ensure the compliance of finance related company policy and responsible for statuary Audit process ·

Oversee the operations of the finance team, including develop and maintain the internal control and procedure. ·

Accounting team people management and capability improvement.

Cash Management ·

Cash flow forecast and plan ·

Ensure that cash position at reasonable level to meet ongoing operational requirement ·

Maintain banking relationships and arrange for possible equity and debt financing ·

Overall customer/AR and vendor/AP management Tax and Insurance ·

Overall Tax Compliance, Tax planning management ·

Review on tax return, including CIT, VAT, etc. ·

Review on the transfer price documentation ·

Co-ordinate with broker to prepare the insurance policy to ensure the company is fully covered Others ·

Other ad-hoc projects

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent business experience

10+ years working experience in finance and accounting

Strong analytical mind and skill-set

Hands on approach to problem solving and the ability to work under pressure

People management skills

Excellent in Excel and knowledge in SAP system is preferable

Working in retail, FMCG or similar industries, CPA or ACCA (highly preferred) and Big 4 experience will be the plus

Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
