岗位职责:

1. Collaborate with Online platform & external Sales Team in data analytics.
2. Provide data support and offer analysis to eCom, internal and external team. Work with the eCom & marketing team in understating business challenges and develop the right approach & analytical solution. Be the Big Data'analytics Business Partner (BDBP) to facilitate business efficiency enhancement, and to enhance customer engagement (advocacy & drive repeat).
3. Champion the development of advanced analytics and statistical models to support functional applications, e.g. customer segmentation, customer acquisition, product cross-selling and customer retention etc.
4. Analyze eCom performance. And harmonization of reporting.
5. Own the ‘Data Pool’ mindset and be evangelist for development of a DIGITAL FIRST strategy.
7. Use data infused business approach by leveraging the consumer Big & Small data within the Alibaba eCom System. Owner of databank, brand hub, strategy center and other data sources within Ali

任职资格:

1. At least 5 years working experience with fluent English.
2. Previous experience in eCom Database pool re-org
3. Experience with a range of marketing technologies
4. Ability to quickly learn new marketing platforms, and technologies. A good understanding of how to link digital marketing data across difference platforms
5. Certifications by Ali databank and JD Shangzhi
6. Experience with database and visualization tools would be better.
