JOB TITLE: Commercial Specialist, Neuro Surgery RTG.
REPORTS TO: Channel Manager(Greater China RTG Group)
DEPARTMENT: Channel Management Department
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure that our channels have an efficient and effective work process as well
strategic initiatives establishing and execution.
To support business unit to manage the operation of the distribution channels of the company in terms of inventory, receivables, implant data, forecasting, ordering, payment, credit, etc.
Align with MITG BU leaders and sales operation team on LMDT channel management key
Projects incl. BU network planning, DMS submission rate and PD EDI connection etc.
MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
CHANNEL MANAGEMENT
To co-wok with NSD/RSM/DSM to implement BU channel strategy in different sales regions.
Set up standard requirement package for channel Dealer identification, approval, establishment, training, Performance monitoring, Compliance Management and evaluation.
Perform periodic review of Dealer, recommend improvement and supervise implementation.
Joint efforts in the channel strategic initiatives setting up and execution in SH.
To cooperate with BU and other enable functions to design and implement new channel model to comply with national 2-invoice policy.
Ensure that implant data and inventory data as supplied by the dealer are accurate, timely and fulfill the requirements for business purposes.
Review inventory in Dealer s’ warehouse to highlight slow moving, Short UBD and obsolescence.
Review inventory in warehouse to highlight slow moving, Short UBD and obsolescence. Work with various managers in devising a plan to dispose of unwanted inventory.
Monitor creditworthiness and the receivable level of the Dealer s.
Resolve any discrepancies with the Dealer s’ accounts.
Work with the Dealer s to ensure that they understand the forecasting requirement and mechanism.
Review the forecast with various managers such as Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc to ensure reasonableness.
Compare the forecast with the actual order to highlight major discrepancies.
Follow up orders from Dealer s to ensure it meet with our monthly purchase targets.
Work with Finance, logistic and customer service staffs in Shanghai to ensure meeting customer needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
Bachelor degree or above
JOB EXPERIENCE
Multi-year work experience in MNC
3+ year Dealer management and/or Sales manager experience in medical device & equipment industry preferred.
Solid commercial experience, having experience on channel model reform preferred.
Understand 2-invoice policy, having experience on Fair Market Value Assessment and Service Agreement Model preferred.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Effective in communication and good interpersonal skill
Good command in English, both of writing and oral
Have commercial operation experience, can draft contract format
Strong business insight for data analytics, good command in MS Excel.
