JOB TITLE: (Senior) Product Specialist

DEPARTMENT: CV-Marketing-Coronary

LOCATION: Shanghai

Report to: Product Marketing Manager

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

.

• Direct downstream product management through the entire product life cycle including market needs, product registration, new product launch, product training, product promotion/advertising and product face out.

• Develop product plan including product portfolio definition, product positioning, and product combination for tender bidding, product pricing, go-to-market strategies/tactics, and incentive plan for product promotion for specific product line.

• Develop sales support in terms of provision of selling tools (features and benefits), product presentations, VIP customers and KOL visits.

• Lead market research including identify customer needs, collect competitors’ information, study industry and market trend, perform market analysis and identify market opportunities.

• Perform project management duties such as program tracking, budgeting, and internal/external reporting.

  JOB QUALIFICATION

  Knowledge

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration, or in Medicine /Biomedical Engineering. Post-graduate qualifications highly regarded.

• Proficient in MS Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Job Experience

• At least 2-year experience in the medical industry and international companies

• Experienced in sales/ marketing/ training functions for at least 2 years

• Hands-on ability to implement swiftly and effectively by taking ownership and accepting responsibility. Proactive support to both internal and external customers.

• Able to develop clear & logical plans.

• High level of responsibility.

• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluent in oral English.
