POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for MTC level Artificial Intelligence Technology driven, include partnership with outside institute, university and company for AI related project and program leading.

As a technical leader, lead Visualization ISP(Image Signal Processing) and AI based ISP development, and drive the technology development and growth.

PRINCIPal ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- In charge of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology based ISP and algorithm expertise development for Visualization platform

- Craft the ISP technical roadmap and AI evolution for Visualization, be part of MTC AI strategy

- Collaborates with peers to understand the medical device related technology and contribute to medical device product development.

- Coordinates and manages state of art searches, patent disclosures and participates in patent portfolio decisions.

- Works on complex technical projects and provides highly innovative solutions that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Include improve the deep learning algorithm improvement and Image Signal Processing algorithm development.

- Independently determines and develops proactive approaches to solutions which are imaginative, thorough, practical, and consistent with organization objectives.

- Coordinate and lead the collaboration with outside partners, include but not limited to institutes, universities, and other companies on AI related projects and programs.

- Lead machine learning related data analysis, modeling, labeling, model training and application utilization. Help on create inventions, new designs and techniques regarded as advances in the medical and technical/scientific community.

- Lead team to do research on big data mining, leading edge technology of AI study and implementation. - Writes engineering reports and creates presentations as required to document and communicate results.

- Uses advanced AI techniques to anticipate, identify and provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

- Creates and evaluates prototypes to generate concept and models using AI technologies to help solve the product design, development and verification & validation problems.

- Prepares reports, presentations and spreadsheets of an analytical and interpretative nature.

- Participates in pre-clinical in vivo labs, observing cases in hospitals and through planned and unplanned customer interactions.

- Participates in setting up, debugging and initial running of the AI Lab.

- Coaches, motivates, and fosters development of junior team member.

- Adheres to cyber security and other safety policy procedures.

- Manage issues and risks by monitoring known risks and preparing mitigation plans for each of these risks.

EXPERIENCE:

Master Degree with a minimum of 5 years AI related working Experience; Or Ph.D with 3 years AI related experience,

EDUCATION:

Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning/Deep learning, or Electronic Engineering, Automation, Biomedical engineering, mathematics , physics (985 university or oversea degree preferred)
