Excellence analytics on Rebate and Pricing related activities, support on profitable growth, drive the continuous improvement activities and deliver KPIs.

- 1) Understand Rebate policy from strategic into operation perspective, set up & deploy effective incentive scheme logic in system, both with local & group system tools, do quarterly rebate calculation & estimation for channels & management team
- 2) Effective rebate analysis, to find policy improvement opportunity and give efficient proposal, to support policy optimization & channel/price management
- 3) Based on special price analysis, investigate and provide cases to channel manager to follow up. Support on Free-ride documentation checking etc activities
- 4) Understand pricing/channel policy, segments and channel needs, have an indication of the target positioning, provide good quality data to meet business requirement.
- 5) Project leading & management for Rebate & Pricing related initiatives
- 6) Pricing analytics support in daily for urgent & back-up
- 7) Audit samples support
- 8) Customer operation urgent support in daily

- 1) Bachelor or above degree
- 2) Fluent in written & oral English
- 3) 8+ years in a statistics, data, or analytical position
- 4) Industrial background or channel business model experience
- 5) Team player; strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- 6) Strong team work, but also ability to work independently.
- 7) Accurate and prompt in reporting work, result-oriented
- 8) High sense of responsibility and active work attitude, strong ownership to deliver good performance
- 9) Being familiar with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Visio, PPT, SAP are priority
