职位描述


  

Purpose

  

 

  

Support the implementation of learning and development policies, guidelines, processes, systems and practices throughout China FL so that outcomes meet current and future business needs, and develop, motivate and engage employees.

  

 

  

Main responsibilities

  

 

  

  1. Work with business and HR to ensure global processes are utilized effectively in China FL.

  2. Support HR and business in consolidating training needs

  3. Help in finding suitable learning solutions from internal and external offerings to meet the needs

  4. Provide support for local HR, managers and employees on queries relating to learning and development, guide to relevant sources of information

  5. Communicate actively about the available learning and development options (for example what competence assessments and learning offerings are available, how to utilize konelearning.com)

  6. Organize agreed local, non-technical trainings according to the training plan

  7. Act as a facilitator/trainer in agreed programs

  8. Manage possible content localization and translations

  9. Manage training portfolio and learning records on konelearning.com with HR Services

  10. Follow local trends in competence development and provide input to area and global CoE

  11. Explore, implement and promote the usage of new digital learning methods across the cluster (e.g. mobile learning, gamification, MOOCs)

                      

 

  

Skills, education and experience

  

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in education/human resources or other relevant field 

  • Minimum 3 years of diverse professional experience of learning and development

  • Proven track record of organizing training programs and acting as a facilitator / trainer

  • Solid understanding of learning and development trends

  • Experience of online learning solutions and digital learning methods (e.g. mobile learning, gamification, MOOCs). Creating and developing digital learning solutions and content.

  • Ability to effectively communicate about learning and development opportunities to different stakeholders

  • Good organizational skills

  • Excellent collaboration and cross-cultural skills

  • Experience and ability to train/facilitate

  • Proactive way of working with ability to work independently

                    

  • Fluent English and local language skills, both written and spoken
